About Us
“Crystal Café owner and manager, Daniele Panetta is as
passionate about food. Daniele completed his training in
Italy under the top chefs of the time in Italy. Seeking
something new, he travelled around Europe, working in
only the finest patisseries, including the one and only
London grown ‘Patisserie Valerie’. He now calls Australia
home. Daniele brings the tradition of Italian cuisine and
the passion and drive for fresh, healthy food to Cairns.
