“Crystal Café owner and manager,
Daniele Panetta is as
passionate

food.
Daniele completed his training in
Italy
under the top chefs
of the time in Italy.
Seeking
something new, he travelled
around
Europe, working in

patisseries, including the one

only
London
grown ‘Patisserie
Valerie’.
He now
calls Australia
home.
Daniele
brings the
tradition of Italian cuisine
